Campaign outputs, letters, and reports generated for your account are yours to use in your real estate business.
Our platform integrates with Google, Make.com, Anthropic, Twilio, and Cloudflare. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STARTEGY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for our services in the three months preceding the claim.
